Favorites & Preferences
Your saved favorite podcasts, listening preferences, and customization settings
Ratings & Reviews
Star ratings and any reviews you’ve submitted for audio content
Listening History
Episodes you’ve listened to and your playback progress for “Continue Playing” feature
Technical Data
IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs for security purposes

Email correspondence and support requests you’ve sent to us

How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data by following these steps:
Submit a Request
Send an email to support@fablefm.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include your registered email address and username.
Verify Your Identity
For your security, we’ll send a verification email to confirm you are the account owner. Click the link within 48 hours.
Confirmation & Processing
Once verified, we’ll begin processing your request. You’ll receive a confirmation email when complete.
Deletion Complete
Your data will be removed from active systems. Backups may take up to 90 days to fully purge.

What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All saved favorites and listening preferences
- Your ratings and reviews on all content
- Listening history and playback progress
- Any comments or community interactions
- Email communications and support tickets
Data We May Retain
In certain circumstances, we may need to retain some information:
- Legal compliance: Data required for legal obligations
- Fraud prevention: Limited info to prevent fraud
- Anonymized analytics: Non-identifiable data
- Transaction records: Required for tax purposes
Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you cannot recover your favorites, ratings, listening history, or any other account information. Please ensure you want to proceed before submitting a request.
Account vs. Data Deletion
There’s a difference between these two options:
- Account Deletion: Removes your account from active systems. Available in account settings.
- Complete Data Deletion: Ensures all data including backups is permanently erased. Requires a formal request.
For complete removal of all data traces, submit a formal deletion request to our support team.
Third-Party Services
When you request deletion, we will:
- Notify relevant third-party processors
- Request they delete your data
- Confirm deletion where possible
We cannot guarantee deletion from services outside our control. Review your data preferences with connected third-party services.
